KIS CONCEIVED , DESIGNED AND EXECUTED the Project to “Wipe Out Waste” and in the process created “Wealth Out of Waste” for our client Green Green Grass Sdn Bhd which is Kwantas group of companies. Located  in Lahad Datu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Brief details about the Project:
WSBE (Waste Spent Bleaching Earth) is the waste generated in palm oil refining process. Though WSBE contains 20 to 26% of oil content it is currently land filled, hence WASTED. The volume of WSBE generated in Palm oil refining is very huge.
 
 

KIS offers Permanent solution on this Solid waste by converting this waste to energy( steam) hereby reducing dependence on external fuel thus increasing profitability in two ways by no fuel cost and free generation of energy. The byproduct of the waste is ASH which is saleable and environment positive product.

This in turn enhances as “ZERO SOLID WASTE COMPANY” A CORPORATE GREEN IMAGE     

This Project Of  “WASTE TO ENERGY” is QUALIFIED AS CDM PROJECT (First Project in the world which is already registered) generating CER  and contributing to Global warming reduction.

First Biomass Thermal oil Heater project in Malaysia/South East Asia using highly efficient FBC Technology with 5 pass design is successfully completed by us. This is also first such designed project to get CDM registered.
With this project success repeated for many other Industries, we have become the Market leader in South East Asia for REHS – Renewable Energy Heating Solution with CDM registration.
