Mr. K.M. Ramaiah – Chairman

Bachelors Degree in Engineering  with 45 years of experience in handling Major projects including power plants. Mr.Ramaiah’s core strength has been on time/within budget completion projects and Management of administration. He guides all young team of Directors and top managers of KIS to perform and deliver their best always. At the age of 65 he is the guiding force of KIS.

Mr. K.R. Raghunath – Managing   Director

Bachelor of Engineering with FIRST RANK  and MBA. He has more than  18  years of International experience of working in different MNC’s and executing  projects in China, Malaysia, Singapore and India. Executed Many green-field plants including power plants and renewable energy projects in Malaysia and India. Mr. Raghunath is credited with turn-around of few companies in his earlier assignments. He is instrumental in overall functioning and on-time completion and performance of all KIS projects.(Age 39).

Mr. Subodh Mishra – Director

Bachelor of Agriculture with MBA in marketing and over 28 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing in India and overseas. He leads the CRM (client relationship management) and VRM (vendor relationship management) aspects for KIS. (Age :48 years)

Dr. Ramesh Daryapurkar – Director.

B E (Civil), M Tech  and Doctorate in Engineering is a management expert. He possess  over 25 years of excellence in executing various projects from ‘Concept to Commissioning’ stage.  Dr. Ramesh is the brain behind all water management business  of KIS. His knowledge and vast experience is a big asset of KIS. (Age: 46 years)

Mr. K R Yogesh – Director

With Bachelor of Engineering Degree with 20 years of expertise in execution of most prestigious projects like ITPL( International tech Park Ltd, Bangalore) in execution of green field power projects and civil works. He is the brain and force behind all power projects of KIS. (Age 41)

Dr. Jyothi Hadli – Vice President (CDM projects)

Masters  and Doctorate in Biotechnology/Horticulture with over a decade of experience of working in Africa/Asian countries. Dr. Jyothi leads our search  in Renewable Energy(Biomass) studies. She leads from front executing all our CDM aspects of our projects. (Age:38 years)

Sunil K Mallanagoudar - General Manager.

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Production with 18 years of experience in Projects/ vendor development and management. Mr. Sunil is the overall leader of KIS operational team and instrumental in sourcing world’s best vendors for our projects. Having worked in Japanese companies for a decade before moving to KIS, he brings the unique quality conscious approach of Japanese companies to KIS projects. (Age 39)

Mr. Mallikarjun .V.H –Head - Major projects.

Bachelor of Engineering with 45 years of experience in power plant and electrical design engineering, construction of 110KW/ 33KW/ 11KW substation and distribution of power, erection of circuit breakers and Testing and commissioning of High Voltage cables. Construction of transmission tower stub settings, stringing of high voltage lines. Operation and Maintenance of Low tension lines (Age 67).

At the moment 20 young engineer with 4 to 12 years of experience in technical department and 8 executives in commercial and Administration department support the KEY TEAM of KIS at its design and project centre in Bangalore. The strength of Technical team of engineers is expected to double by 2010.

Besides above strong team at Design and Project centre, each Manufacturing unit of KIS group/ associates has its own team of experts at each factories.
