With this project KIS stared its journey of Pioneering , Renewable energy solutions for Rubber glove industry. KIS is un-disputed leader in CDM projects for Rubber Glove Industry in Malaysia.

The technology was designed specifically for TITIGOVE BIOMASS FUEL SWITCH PROJECT at Muar, Johor, Malaysia: the FIRST PROJECT IN MALAYSIA/SEA USING LATEST  “FBC”(FLUDISED BED COMBUSTION) with 5 PASS DESIGN and HIGHEST EFFICIENCY BIOMASS THERMAL OIL HEATER. This utilizes biomass( paddy husk, palm kernel shell, saw dust and other agro wastes) as a fuel to generate energy . Biomass is replacing the presently consumed fuel oil to generate energy, thus saving cost of fuel oil and reducing dependence on Fossil fuel.

(Wipe out Waste).The waste from Palm Oil Refinery( Waste Spent Bleaching Earth) which is environmentally negative is successfully used to produce energy, there by generating Wealth. In this process we also wiped out waste.

First Biomass Thermal oil Heater project in Malaysia/South East Asia using highly efficient FBC Technology with 5 pass design is successfully completed by us. This is also first such designed project to get CDM registered.
With this project success repeated for many other Industries, we have become the Market leader in South East Asia for REHS – Renewable Energy Heating Solution with CDM registration.
