We offer variety of heating applications using Renewable energy be it Steam generation (Boilers), Thermal Oil Heaters, Hot air system and Hot water applications.

Our design offer higher efficiency thermal energy generation using any type of biomass fuels like Palm Kernel Shell, Palm Fiber, Empty fruit bunches, Rice husk and any agro waste from edible oil refining industries including municipal wastes.

IMPROVING SYSTEM EFFICIENCY:

Many process plants generate required heat energy indirectly in two stages which causes lower efficiency. If hot air or hot water is required then First Steam is produced in boiler then from Steam Hot air/hot water is produced.Such system has low efficiency.

OUR DESIGN OFFER GENERATING HOT AIR /HOT WATER DIRECTLY THERE BY AVOIDING STEAM (BOILERS) IN MANY SIMILAR APPLICATIONS. We assist in selecting suitable heating solution be it Steam, thermal oil, Hot water and Hot air for highest  efficiency.

(Wipe out Waste).The waste from Palm Oil Refinery( Waste Spent Bleaching Earth) which is environmentally negative is successfully used to produce energy, there by generating Wealth. In this process we also wiped out waste.

First Biomass Thermal oil Heater project in Malaysia/South East Asia using highly efficient FBC Technology with 5 pass design is successfully completed by us. This is also first such designed project to get CDM registered.
With this project success repeated for many other Industries, we have become the Market leader in South East Asia for REHS – Renewable Energy Heating Solution with CDM registration.
